Watch out for service department. They said and documented replacing clutch fluid 12/22 and didn't. My clutch gave out due to dirty/ moisture content reaching boiling point. UPDATE: My bad, I didn't have the documentation. May have been a verbal, I'm old and can't remember. Overall Chopper Gallery went over and above on prepping my bike before picking it up. I would gladly purchase another bike from them in the future.

If you are looking to purchase a used bike go here. The staff is super patient and knowledgeable of all bikes. I purchased my first Harley here. The harley dealers are so pushy but not here. I walked through with 3 options of what I was looking for. Once I decided the purchase procedure was quick and easy and was able to ride my bike home.. Thanks Chopper Gallery
This is the only shop I trust to buy parts from. All the staff is friendly and ready to offer up advice when needed. Their prices are competitive, solid quality parts, and quick shipments for the orders you have to place. It’s just nice being able to deal with people who share the same passion as you.
Took a ride out to chopper gallery to check out the show room in person, in the market for a dyna and seen some really cool bikes. Owner and all sales employees were very helpful and attentive. I’ll be keeping an eye on there online inventory for the bike I want.. will definitely be back!!
Purchased a 22 Roadglide st after 1 week of ownership and less than 100 miles I have to take it to dealership for repairs. They supposedly did a routine check up and didn’t catch that there was an issue with the motor. Called them and they were zero help, told me to take it to the dealership. They were no help pretty much told me it’s my problem now as they did their part of riding it 5 miles as a test drive and that everything checked out.
The “mechanical issue” you speak of should have been caught at your dealership. I bought it site unseen, and paid shipping. You guys washed your hands of any responsibility. I was never told to take it to Harley to have it looked it under warranty. I found out when I took it in to get it fixed. You supposedly do an extensive check then how did you miss all the blow by and all the signs it had a problem? Trash dealership that doesn’t help you once you walk out the door. Trash response washing your hands of any responsibility.
Nice bikes. Personable staff. Horrible communication. My buddy and I bought bikes the same day/same time (I paid cash). They told me it would take 2 weeks to "prep" the bike. My buddies bike was done and ready for pick up in a week. Mine wasn't ready for 15 business days, and on the 14th business day, I called at 3pm to ask when my bike would be ready for pick up. I got the answer, "o wait. When did you buy the bike?" The guy put me on hold and came back 5 mins later and said, "we are currently working on it now". I live in Lakeside, and the Chopper Gallery is in Temecula. Not a close drive. So even if it was done on the 14th day, no one communicated with me that there would be a delay or that the bike was not ready on the promised day. I had to call them back at noon on the 15th business day to confirm that my bike would be done. The guy said that "it should be done today". I headed up to Temecula and asked a staff member for my bike, and the staff member told me, "it's been done for a while. We were wondering when you were going to come get it". Again, awesome bikes and personable staff, but their communications are horrible.
These guys have what you need when it comes to motorcycles. Purchased used bike from them and found it far and above any other dealer. Efficient and straightforward process. Easy to see why they have stood the test of time.
